Because you are unique. And you are the only person who can make you happy. So why is it so difficult to know what you want? To know you are right? Because we have been raised to value others’ opinions over our own.

The goal of this seminar is to give a “quick” taste of how I practice Happiness. To show how your experience, your perception, and your truth create your reality. To put you at the center of your universe; and to prove you are the ONLY one who knows what’s right for you.

Practicing Replay

It’s true, we can’t go back in time and change what we have done. But we can change our future.

Replay is the practice of invisioning new choices, of training ourselves to act and react in the way we wish, instead of by habit. There is no judgment of the past, no failure, no mistakes.

There is simply re-PLAY-ing the event in a calm and safe space; and making new choices until we like the way we feel.

Because anything can happen, when we act from our truths. And the best way to change a habit is to practice.
